Usually during summer, local and foreign visitors flocked to see what else this place of Vigan City Ilocos Sur can offer. There are also many beach resorts that will surely cool down ones hot summer. Foods are unique and people are kind delightful too. High salute Habagat for the nice post. Keep it up.
